Be Fashionable in Oxford Bags!

Clark Gable looks so amazing in a suit and you don't? It's all in the cut of your trousers, my son! Fix that now with this Reconstructing History pattern.

Based on an original pattern from the early 1930s, these trousers can be made with a peaked back for braces (suspenders) or with belt loops and a waistband that sits at natural waist not on your hips like modern dress pants. Button or zipper fly. Leg bottoms are cuffed and measure an impressive 22" in size 36!

Fits waists 28" to 50". All sizes in one envelope.

Also included are assembly instructions, embellishment suggestions, and the extensive historical notes you've come to expect from Reconstructing History.

Suggested Fabrics: suit weights, primarily wool or wool blends
Notions: zipper for fly, buttons
Yardage Requirements: 3 yards at least 36" wide
