Based on an original pattern from 1932, this slip with optional flounce is the perfect undergarment for 1930s dresses and gowns. Can be used as an evening gown or nightgown as well!

Fits busts 28" to 48". All sizes in one envelope. 

Also included are assembly instructions, embellishment suggestions, and the extensive historical notes you've come to expect from Reconstructing History.

Suggested Fabrics: silk satin, charmeuse, rayon, crepe de chine, handkerchief linen, batiste, nainsook, Celanese, Bemberg, or any lingerie fabric
Notions: contrast or lace for flounce (if desired), lace trim (optional)
Yardage Requirements: 3 yards at least 40” wide for plain slip or 4 yards 40" wide for slip with self flounce or 2 yards 40" wide plus 2½ yards 40" wide for flounce
